I found PJR to be extremely professional and efficient in providing me with a competitively priced survey for my prospective house purchase. Their communication was excellent and Patrick took the trouble to return for a second time in order to take photos of the flat roof using a drone, which was extremely helpful. I contacted Patrick Rego at PJR Surveying in July 2023 when I became aware of a structural problem affecting a late nineteenth century building consisting of a shop and a maisonette above it. I needed quickly to diagnose the precise problem and get a clear idea of how to fix it. Patrick responded immediately and made a thorough inspection, explaining clearly what the problem was and advising me how to address it. In good time he produced a lucid illustrated report, which then enabled me to approach contractors. I can strongly recommend the firm. We booked Patrick to have a good look round our house as my wife is 'a worrier' and thought there were a lot of problems. Patrick came very soon after the booking and was very thorough, spending several hours at our house. He used a drone to assess the roof, had a look into the drains, up in the loft, you name it, he had a look!
The detailed report we received was very in-depth and thankfully he found no major defects, just the usual things one would expect on an Edwardian house.
I've had several surveys done on properties in the past and I can honestly say this was up there with the very best of them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
